FTG102 - White Iris - Across the street, growing in and through my neighbors chain link fence, are these beautiful white irises. They are a tall variety of iris and when fully open have a slight bluish gray cast to their color, almost like they are frosted. I may have to create a larger study of one of them in order to catch the detail and color properly. The neighbors very kindly gave me a few of the roots from this clump of white irises and I put them in with the black ones. I can't hardly wait until next spring (2006) to see how they look together.
